I have been playing Ragnarok Online for 17 years now, this is the closest to what the game felt like on Kro many years ago minus the population, it is not perfect, but closer, as close as I think any private server got to. So if you want to experience Ragnarok Online into the abyss as it was (the good the bad and the great) before micro transaction-oriented game design, hop in. A word of warning this is a 1x server, its grindy and you can't solo content efficiently, so make friends.

I was stopped frm ROTravels Nov 29th due to x2-client abuse suspicion and slander. Didn't wan 2 leave a review because of short altho bad experience. but their recent antics left me no choice. Stability: Nov 2 desync issue. mobs have no sprite. invi mob killing u is not funny. Friendly: 30% toxic community. Most are super friendly. GM: poor ToS, asking for comment after ban but no reply Nov30, Left my case hanging and no decision or reply. Ep.5 w/ new payon & hasty ep. update after complain.Quit

Love this server Refreshing to play on a pure standard rates server I'd been looking for a long time, the discord is active and the community is great so far. Give it a try to reconnect with what Ragnarok Online truly is

The idea is very good, the execution is terrible. In Central Europe the ping is so high that playing is a nightmare. Moreover there is no support for Linux gamers since in order to login you have to run an in-house-built software which cannot run on Linux OS. GM is very unfriendly and has an enormous ego. Community is friendly and helpful.

One of the most traditional low rate servers out there. No donations, No multi-clienting, no commands (like autoloot), or any other customizations. With 1/1/1 rates, this is the truest form of Ragnarok which is how it is supposed to be played! Even earning 10k of zeny feels like an accomplishment with such rates. Nothing feels better than getting a card with 0.01%! It can feel grindy but there are parties available. Still a growing community but definitely one to check out for yourself!

I have never had an experience like this, you don't see 8 alts following a main character to level up multiple accounts, as there is no multi client you get to actually make friends and cooperate towards common goals, its actually quite nice to see people online who are not just alts waiting for the main to be buffed, or following around. Small and comfy community, still no woe do not much competition going on, because there aren't many who achieved max level yet. Try it, it's great.

started a week ago and already have a lv65 char thanks to all of the partying. perfect uptime, nice ping (I must live very close), and is pretty much exactly what you asked for, if very very traditional low rates are your weakness. friendly community too :)

The GM makes "executive" decisions and doesn't confront community. The server is constantly down and the economy is very unstable. DO NOT play this server, it's bad. The GM nerfed wolves and there are no places to level low level characters. There is no "main chat".

This feels like how RO was intended in the first place. Money is tight, leveling is grindy but still, it feels nice. No bot, no multiboxing. It is easy to find a place in community since there are few people in server, and it is kind of under populated. This is why I considered writing a review, it feels like this server would be great with a little more players. Hopefully this review would make the server a little more lively.
